Birthing Partner Classes Private Pregnancy Yoga Classes and Birthing Partner Classes are offered So often pregnant women have stated that they feel the direct benefits of pregnancy yoga but wish that their partners could share the benefits also- to learn the importance of staying calm, relaxed and supportive. These classes provide that opportunity, empowering couples, enhancing this time of change with confidence and understanding.
