HOT STONES MASSAGE
|
Hot Stone Massage is a speciality treatment using smooth volcanic stones gently heated. It's a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage, and the heat helps tight muscles release quickly and effectively. We use up to 64 different stones of varying shape and size, and intergrate chakra balancing and meridian work into our treatments.

COLD STONE FACIALS

Enjoy a Cold Stone Facial at Yoga You to help revitalise the skin by boosting circulation, reducing sagging, lines and puffiness. All our cold stone facial treatments incorporate a honey lift rejuvenator, aroma and pressure point massage suited to your needs, cold jade roller and marble stone application. Refrigerated cold stones give an increased sensation of relaxation and help to tone, lift, boost and stimulate circulation in the facial tissue, the neck and upper chest.
Speedy Rejuvenator – 30 minutes

Kerry Coleman of Caring Touch Infant Massage & Holistic Therapy will be offering therapies including specialist Reflexology for pregnancy and general health on our 'Holistic Sundays'.
Reflexology For General Wellbeing – 45 mins
A relaxing therapy for the feet or hands. It is based on the principle that reflex points on the feet and hands correspond with organs and areas throughout your body and thereby works to unblock energy lines and help the body re-balance.

Reflexology For Pregnancy – 45 mins
A reflexology treatment tailored to support conception and pregnancy including meditation and positive affirmation work before and following treatment to continue with your relaxation process.

Hopi Ear Candles – 30 mins (£18)
Both ears are treated with a hollow, natural candle which is inserted in to your outer ear. When lit, the candle creates a very light suction action, which is thought to help provide temporary relief from tinnitus, sinus problems and headaches. Treatment is concluded with a gentle and relaxing facial massage.
Indian Head Massage – 45 mins (£22)
This treatment is focussed on the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face and involves flowering massage techniques and sequences to help promote deep relaxation and reduce feelings of stress and tension. It can also help improve circulation as well as skin and hair condition
Reiki – 1 hour (£25)
Hands are placed on and above the body with the intention to allow universal Reiki energy to be directed to where it is needed. It is a very gentle and relaxing experience that aims to re-balance body and mind.
Metamorphic Technique – 1 hour (£25)
A light, non-invasive yet rhythmical touch to the spinal reflex points located on your feet, hands, back and head. A very relaxing and soothing treatment to promote beneficial change and transformation on a mental and physical level.
