Usually class bookings are payable in advance for each calendar month at rate of £4.50 per class, in accordance with the number of sessions in that month,
i.e. if a month has 4 Monday classes, the rate is £18 (monies are to be collected in the last week of the preceding month). Sometimes classes are full and have had a waiting list, which means that if you have a permanent place it is your decision if you wish to book in for the month or not. If you wish to skip a month then that is fine, just let me know as soon as possible and I may allow your place go to someone else temporarily.
Monthly Bookings ensure your space is reserved for you.
No refunds can be given once you have reserved your place for the month. Fluctuating attendance can make venue commitment charges difficult to meet and affect the viability of the class. At times I have turned new students away because the place is already confirmed as reserved but not paid for, so prompt payment is really appreciated. If securing your place at future classes you may use a post-dated cheque. If you have forgotten to confirm by the end of the preceding month, please contact me and confirm booking asap by sending or depositing fees – cash is preferred.
If using cheques, please date for the first of the month and make payable to: YogaYou Limited
and send to:
Yoga You Sanctuary, 235 Liscard Road, Wallasey, Wirral, CH44 5TH
‘Drop in Class’ or 'On the day' fee is £1 more than the basic class rate so, if available, the fee will be £5.50. This may allow those unable to commit to a full month to attend a class, whilst keeping the fee lower for those who can block book in advance. If you can’t get to your regular class then swopping classes within the same month is permissible, providing you check availability.
Please note that I continue to strive for a fair and equitable approach to my pricing policy, I keep my prices as uniformly affordable as possible and try to listen to my students needs, whilst offering a wide choice of classes and balancing fees against expenses and remuneration. Sometimes people book in for a month and miss the odd class and so I undertake to donate any fee duplication to charity at my annual charity workshop at Christmas for ‘Save the Children’, for whom I am a volunteer.
